Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC)

  2. Slices the baguette into rounds and toast until golden brown.

  3. Bake (8-10 minutes) or pan sear the marinated filet until fully cooked.

  4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  5. Spread herbed cream cheese onto toasted baguette slices.

  6. Flakes cooked fish onto cream cheese.

  7. Garnish as desired.
