INGREDIENTS:
Salmo filet, 130g
Miso
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Cabbage, slices
Enoki
Onion, slices
Carrot, julienned
Scallion, slices
Salt
Pepper
Bowl of rice
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Miso Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of white miso, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of softened butter until well combined.
Marinate the Salmo:
Place the salmo filet in a shallow dish and coat it with the miso butter mixture. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cabbage, enoki mushrooms, onion, carrot, and scallion. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Salmo:
Make a bed with the stir-fried vegetables in the skillet.
Place the marinated salmo filet on top of the vegetable bed.
Add a splash of water to the skillet to create steam.
Steam the Salmo:
Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to medium.
Let the salmo steam for 8-10 minutes.
Serve:
Transfer the cooked salmo and vegetables to a serving plate.
Serve with a bowl of rice .
