Delivery Areas:
We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, and Malacca.
Delivery Fees:
Kuala Lumpur/Selangor: RM15 - RM25 (Free for orders RM250 and above)
Other States: RM35 (Free for orders RM450 and above)

Drive-Thru Pick Up:
Available Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm; Sunday 10am - 2pm

Klang Valley Delivery Details:
Standard delivery: 12pm to 6pm (Tuesday - Saturday), 12pm - 3pm (Sunday)
Scheduled delivery: 11am to 6pm (Tuesday - Saturday), 11am - 3pm (Sunday) with additional charges

You will receive a tracking link from the logistics company (GoGet or Lalamove) once your order is dispatched.
If You're Not Home:
We will leave your order at your delivery address as per your instructions (e.g., guard house, neighbor).
We will attempt to contact you three times. If unreachable, we will leave your delivery at your doorstep or guard house.
Only one delivery attempt. No returns or rescheduling after dispatch.

Rescheduling and Address Changes:
To reschedule or change address: Contact us at 010-2119019 by 12pm one day before dispatch.

Other State Delivery Details:
Orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday.
We can't provide specific delivery times, but you’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.
If you’re not home, we’ll follow your instructions and leave the order at your specified location.
We will try to contact you three times before leaving your order.
We can only attempt delivery once. After that, there are no returns, rescheduling, or rerouting.
Return/Refund Policy:
At AOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please refer to the following return/refund policy.
Incorrect/Incomplete Orders:
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at +60102119019. We will ensure the mistake is corrected promptly.
Wrong Delivery Address:
If you realize you've entered the wrong delivery address, notify us by 12pm the day before dispatch. Any changes made after dispatch will incur additional costs.
Cancellations:
For Klang Valley deliveries, cancellations made by 12pm one day before dispatch are eligible for a refund, minus a 2% transaction fee.
For deliveries to other locations, cancellations made two days before dispatch are eligible for a refund, minus a 2% transaction fee.
Please note: Cancellations made after the cut-off time are non-refundable.
Freshness Issues:
If there are any issues with the freshness of your salmó, contact us via WhatsApp (010-2119019) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide proof of purchase and clear pictures of the spoiled salmó. We will arrange a new delivery for you. t&c apply.
Non-Refundable:
Salmó that has been cooked, processed, or changed in any form other than its original condition is STRICTLY NOT returnable or refundable.
Ensuring Freshness:
Your salmó is vacuum-packed, sealed in a cooler bag with ice gel packs, and delivered in a refrigerated truck at -2º to 0º to ensure freshness. Please keep your item in the refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving it.
